This form is for parents to register new children to Kiddies Corner Day Nursery.
The Payment is required to submit your registration, you may choose between a £100 deposit or a £100 charitable donation. The Charitable Donation is non refundable if you decide not to start at Kiddies Corner Day Nursery.
Some people like that we are open bank holidays and Saturdays, others like that we are homely, others that they can book extra sessions when needed through our app. What was it that made you choose us?

Contract Sessions have a lower cost per session but there is no option to have payment holidays. Flexible sessions have a higher session cost but you have the ability to have payment holidays with notice.
Kiddies Corner Encourages Flexible Booking which is on a first come first serve basis. If you need a specific day, every week, we can automatically register you for these days. If you wish to remove them, you must give 4 weeks notice.

Please provide as much information as you can including names of the medicine, dosage, times required etc.
Does your child have milk or formula? If so, how much and at what times? Will they eat any solids or puree during the day too? Please provide as much information as possible.
